Last night was Courtney's 16th Birthday Party. We've been working on it for weeks. I must say that it was worth the trouble.
It was "The Amazing Race--16th Birthday Edition".
There was a mix of kids from church and her class at school. Courtney labored over how to divide the teams so that it would be fun and comfortable for everyone. Each of the teams raced for a different charity. The kids brought money to contribute.
Here are some of the highlights: They're Off!
Clue 1--Hidden in the bottom of a bowl of pudding.

And their favorite task. . . .eating baby food!
The whole party was a blast!
They raised $275.00 for charity.

What a cool idea.
So cool to see your girls growing up and seeing the world beyond their own lives.
That's a testament to their parents, church and friends.

Courtney is so blessed with such a cool mom, dad and sister! I'm sure this was probably the best party ever. Amazing memories you will all have from this!
